环氧地坪施工质量好坏关切到施工人员的技术,技术的好坏在从施工效果就可以看出来了,环氧地坪施工中有滚涂和喷涂两种方法,通常滚涂用的比较常见,而喷涂的话是比较少用的比较适用到墙面和顶面。喷涂是一项技术活,喷涂的不好环氧地坪漆后的涂层表面粗大或堆积状,不圆滑等斑点不均匀的现象。通常情况下,出现斑点不均匀的原因主要有喷涂时工作压力忽高忽低以及喷嘴移动速度时高时低。现在环氧环氧地坪市场已成熟,但是不少客户对于混凝土与环氧环氧地坪之间的关系了解不是很清楚,不知道水泥地面状况对最终的环氧环氧地坪工程质量影响极大,所以当环氧地坪施工完工后,对于他们想像中的地坪不一致,就会对地坪供应商产生不好的印象。其实水泥地面状况达不到要求,环氧工程很难得到保证,而且在环氧地坪使用过程中常会出现环氧地坪漆与水泥中间起壳、与水泥之间没有粘性而导致脱落、起泡等现象。
